We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we’re happy to accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date for a full or partial refund.

Because custom and personalized cups are made to your specifications, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
