How much does shipping cost?

When will I get my order?
We move fast so your party can too! 🎉 As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on where you are.
NOTE: For custom orders, please allow additional time for design approval and production before your order ships.
What are your bottom stickers made of?
Custom stickers are premium waterproof vinyl, while standard stickers are water-resistant glossy paper—both made with permanent adhesive for long-lasting durability indoors and outdoors.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we’re happy to accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date for a full or partial refund.
FAQ: Custom Orders
How many designs can I upload?
For each 50 count CooCoo Cups® sleeve, you can upload 1 to 4 different designs. Uploaded designs will be evenly distributed across all cups. For example, 1 design = all 50 stickers will be identical; 4 designs = approximately 12–13 stickers per design.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload your artwork in PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, AI, or PSD format. For the best results, we recommend vector files whenever possible. If you're using an image file, please make sure it's at least 300 dpi to ensure a sharp, high-quality print.
What are the resolution requirements?
To print a crisp and professional 2" x 2" CooCoo Cup sticker, your digital file should have a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). This translates to a physical pixel dimension of 600 pixels by 600 pixels.
Using lower-resolution web images (like 72 DPI) will result in a blurry or pixelated sticker.
Do I need to use a template for my artwork?
For the best print results, you can use one of our optional bottom sticker templates, available in AI, EPS and PSD formats.
Don't have a template? No problem—simply upload your artwork, and we'll take it from there.
Will I receive a proof of my artwork?
Absolutely. Within 24–48 hours of receiving your artwork, we'll email you a digital proof showing how your custom stickers will be printed. Once approved, we'll move your order into production.
